    Yea I have had the same exact problem. It happens if you use any of the cheats sadly. I wish it would be fixed.

    I am in the same exact boat. I am booting YsMenu as a .nds file instead of a R4 Menu replacement, if that is anyway helpful. Both Clean and Patched roms tested. Clean works fine in mic test and controls are locked in file selection. Patched gives dual white screens. Everything else plays fine...

    But I have the actual game, I just want to use that. I also don't have a mod chip or anything of that nature. I would like to be able to run the game through the disc channel like normal without updating to 3.3 or 3.4.

    I ripped all the update files from my own retail disc. I followed the instructions on Wiibrew to the T and everything seemed to work ok, but Animal Crossing still gives a "System Update" in the disc channel instead of allowing me to start the game. I can start the game with WiiGator just fine...

    It is perfectly real. I tried it out. I did a bit more research and the official Yabause team is working on the Wii port and this build of the alpha is unofficial and unsupported. I would almost advise GBATemp to take down the download link since the Yabause team is not entirely happy about it...

    Gaming Metroid games on GBA any good?

    I actually just replayed both of them again last week. I really enjoy both of them and I do prefer the 2D style much more than the Prime stuff. I wish Nintendo would release Metroid Dread so I could get some 2D DS action.
