    The one I use is like this. Normally, I charge it using just the USB cable connected to a normal brick or PC, but pull this one out when it gets stuck (which isn't often). Btw idk if that ebay listing is real or not

    Which charger are you using? Sometimes when my Vita's battery dies, it enters a weird state where it won't charge or turn on unless I connect it to the OEM charger.
