    Thank you for replying! I'm hoping this won't require a reflow (I don't have any of the tools), so I'll check the HDD. I'm also getting the seller to hopefully swap the power supply I got with a different one.

    I bought an old PS3 with hopes of fixing it because the symptoms it has resemble that of a burnt out power supply. So I bought a power supply from eBay pulled from another PS3 (same model APS-231), swapped them and it fixed nothing. Is there something I'm missing here? Below are the issues...

    I found a "broken" 360 on craigslist for cheap and it came with this hardware mod attached to it. I'm assuming it is soldered on and it looks like it replaced the entire top vent cover of the 360. Can anybody identify it? Also, would it be safe to take off and use like a regular console? If so...

    Sorry for digging up an older thread, but this really intrigues me. Are you saying that I can just open a PS1 ISO with Windows Explorer, delete what I want to delete, make a new ISO from those files using something like ImgBurn, and it will play without error? I used to fill my PSP with PS1...

    Uhhh...I'm not quite sure. The sticker looks like some tried picking at it, but the seal isn't actually broken. It doesn't look like someone tried to re-apply the sticker either. The part that is intact is stuck firmly.
