    I think a original GH:WT should work. That would be the way, i did on my wii. Updating from 3.2E to 3.3Ev2 with Animal Crossing and then installing the update of GH:WT. GH:WT runs under 3.2E but you should install 3.3Ev2 first to be sure that RB2 works, because i don't know if RB2 needs 3.3E...

    You need the RB2 update from the gamedisc if your system is 3.3Ev2 or higher. Else you can install the Guitar Hero: World Tour update. EDIT: I had the same problem. After updating to 3.3Ev2 (from 3.2E with Animal Crossing) and installing the GH:WT (US) update, the instrumens worked. That works...

    Answers: 1. Yes! It would only brick, if disc has update 3.5 (which doesn't exist already) 2. Yes! You have also the opportunitiy to install the GH:WT update. Then RB2 update shouldn't be shown anymore. RB1 instruments and GH3 guitars should be recognised

    Or just install 3.2 + GH:WT update and use GeckoOS with "force PAL60" Or install 3.3v2 + RB2 update and start with Disc Channel Otherwise RB2 won't recognize the RB1 instruments

    If your system is 3.2E, you should make the GH:WT Update. If it's 3.3Ev2 you could make the RB2 Update. By the way, try the untouched iso with GeckoOS

I have not played the PAL Guitar Hero: World Tour, but i think it comes with an extra Update for the micro (which i have installed with Boogie ^^) I need to know, if Rockband 2 has the Update for FW3.4U or if it is just an extra update for the instruments. I don't have any DVDs...
