Hacking DeadSkullzJr's GBA Cheat Databases (Work in Progress)

No problem, still working on the next update. This one will be important as it addresses some quirks.

Sony is moving away from physical discs, will soon only release PlayStation games digitally

Since there's some misinformation here. I'm going to make corrections. First a source...

ROM Hack Pokemblem is the best spin off Game Freak never made

Now that's an interesting combination / twist. Looks good from the screenshots alone. I've never been a Fire Emblem fan, but hey, maybe I'll give this a whirl lol. Some of the screenshots make the game look way more story driven, mixed with mystery dungeon mechanics.

ROM Hack Pokemon Timeless Diamond and Spaceless Pearl released, enhances original Sinnoh releases with quality of life changes and new events

Been a long while since I've seen ROM hacks of Diamond and Pearl. Most hackers shame these entries in favor of Platinum, so this is a neat change of pace.

Remasters for Fallout 3 and New Vegas announced, Fallout 5 still in development

Most interesting. Alrighty then. I'll at least do some more research over them, but yea, I'll probably wait for a sale or something. 1784420127 Yea.... Already uninterested. I have tried mmos in the past, they seem to come and go, and you definitely never have access to play them again after...

Remasters for Fallout 3 and New Vegas announced, Fallout 5 still in development

What's up with that one? Just not made good, weak story, etc.?

Remasters for Fallout 3 and New Vegas announced, Fallout 5 still in development

I've heard a lot of good things about the Fallout series, but I've also seen a lot of exchanges about entries like Fallout 76. Are there lists of the known good ones and bad ones to avoid or? Bethesda hasn't had a great track record for a while now from what I understand, so is it even worth it now?

Nintendo announces plans to discontinue Nintendo Switch line in Europe next year, outlines upcoming hardware changes for other devices

Buddy, I don't know who or what you think you are, but nobody likes a pompous jerk. Things were settled a week from tomorrow ago. You aren't anyone special, you aren't above anyone here, although that attitude absolutely is below the totem pole. Settle yourself down amigo. The other user already...

    Hacking DeadSkullzJr's NDS(i) Cheat Databases

I haven't added codes from GameHacking in quite a few years for this project. The last time I added any from there was during the first few updates into the database project. I stopped entirely when I kept running into problems with codes there. I pretty much gave up on adding cheats found...

Nintendo announces plans to discontinue Nintendo Switch line in Europe next year, outlines upcoming hardware changes for other devices

Thanks for the corrections. My thing is, when making software to hardware compatibility comparisons, I'm always leaning on hardware being better. I've had some let downs and janky experiences with other platforms (Apple, Windows, and a small bit of Linux primarily) that have similar solutions...

Nintendo announces plans to discontinue Nintendo Switch line in Europe next year, outlines upcoming hardware changes for other devices

Started off great? Not sure in what reality it "started off great," when backwards compatibility as a feature wasn't even accessible on launch day of the Nintendo Switch 2. A firmware update was required. When the software-level translation / compatibility layer was finally accessible, it was...

Nintendo announces plans to discontinue Nintendo Switch line in Europe next year, outlines upcoming hardware changes for other devices

You already listed one of the problems: - Lack of 100% game compatibility. Which by extension means that it's also not 100% accurate. Graphics rendering tends to be the first thing negatively impacted by these layers. A good example of these issues, Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition (not to...

Nintendo announces plans to discontinue Nintendo Switch line in Europe next year, outlines upcoming hardware changes for other devices

So almost a 10 year run give or take. Slight unrelated rant though, I'm still not sold on the Nintendo Switch 2's backwards compatibility. That's a lot of faith being put into a software level translation layer. Say what you want about the original Nintendo Switch, but if you want native...
