Homebrew Cfw or no Cfw ?
To re-add the homebrew launcher (if you no longer have original sd contents) just follow the steps after you executed your entry-point after you place the required files on your sdcard. If you have luma+rosalina menu, just open rosalina menu and press L+dwn+select and go to Misc. Options and...- datshark

Homebrew SNES9x not working! (o3ds, CFW)
Afaik GBA/SNES, etc emulation on o3ds is not exactly possible due to hardware limitations as even eShop SNES titles cannot run on o3ds. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, that's what I gathered while trying to do things with my o3ds.- datshark
