    Definitely leave the stuff about squid jerky in. It's one of Arino's famous things (he always keeps a whole case of them on his desk). And yeah, you could probably get away with just calling him "Kan". Unless that's not who he's referring to (double check to make sure).

    You could always shorten that to "Menu". But if you're going with a direct translation, it should be "commands".
