    Do you mean streetpass? Or is there a spotpass different from the setting option also in the games? I have spotpass from settings off but I dont see any spotpass in games (only streetpass)

    We know that through spotpass and friend list we send data to Nintendo, but is there any confirmation that our activity log is being sended too? When you spotpass or streetpass (or whatever is called) with some people can you see their history log? I have never use this functions.

    To people with a Schrödinger 3DS, it doesn't matter if you turn off wifi and dont check if it is banned. The ban is server side, I mean your console was (or not) banned from Nintendo servers while the maintenance. You can only be sure it isn't banned just checking it.

    Because the banwave there is a new type of 3DS: the Schrödinger 3DS, it is banned and not banned at the same time until you check it. Let at least celebrate that!

    Hi guys I wish I have read the warnings before. I opened gateway in 11.3 and now the 3DS only load sysnand but without luma or anything. And I cant load hourglass o start. Anyone have a solution for this?
