    UPDATE: Sent my console to a Console/Phone repair shop and it was the m92t36 chip. Maybe the symptoms i had can help you guys in future with error diagnosis.

    Well i guess there are to many possibilities and i am not able to fix it myself. The only way to get it working would be to find a techie in germany/austria who would be able to find out whats broken and fix it. I dont feel like buying a new patched switch and i am to afraid of buying a old one...

    I didnt have a tri wing screwdriver, had to order it on amazon. Gonna open the console now and then i'll report. Were you ever again able to boot the console ? I think Auto RCM might be a trouble maker, but i dont think i am able to deactivate it with a black screen.
