    Ah makes a lot of sense. Thanks for that info, I was wondering if this was a hard cap or something to do with refresh rate. Could this be used to trace what is calling that frame time value? Or writes/reads to it. Then search search for 32.5ms as a value. In cheat engine and not in an emulator...

    so just curious, I'm seeing that people dump there own tik files? could someone just dump the Twilight Princess US tik themselves and upload it? Is this easy to do or are the Scene Releases different?

    Just to follow up with this, I just followed the exact same steps with Captain Toad and did not run into the 0xFFFB446 error, so it's either a problem with the unmodified and modified .tik from that iso site... or NUS is not downloading the right files. If someone manages to get it working PM me...

    Is there any other way to get .cert files? No matter what I do NUS does not seem to download them. I'm using the java -jar JNUSTool.jar [titleid] -dlEncrypted command.

    Downloaded the the files for Mario Maker by checking the Title Database link and found 000500001018DC00, then used the command "java -jar JNUSTool.jar 000500001018DC00 v16 -dlEncrypted" with NUS copied the files to the sd:/install/ directory found the title.tik file from the mediafire link...
