    hmm :/ neither of those seem to work. When I long press the home button I just get the option to go into sleep mode or airplane mode. When I try using the volume buttons on the switch in game the volume does not change either :( I am running SXOS V2.9.3 incase that makes a difference

    There are a number of people who say you should be fine, but if you are taking your switch online there is always a chance that it will be banned. Make sure you are also taking out the microSD card that has your emuNAND/CFW so that nintendo doesnt detect any of the CFW files.
