    Try using one and if it works catch the pokemon and then save your game and then exit and reopen it and try another ? I myself use Ryujinx Emulator instead of my CFW switch cause most games tend not to work

    I have 5x exp and i still can learn moves. the one that didn't allow me to learn any was the 16x exp. Pokemon went from level 45 all the way to level 100
