    So which controller is best for a WiiU if I want to play: - Nintendont - Snes9x Gx - FCE Ultra Gx - Genesis Plus via the Homebrew Channel? WiiU Pro controller? I'd prefer one controller for all.

    Hmm ok, I thought the advantage of holding multiple files in one 7zip is that it aided compression (7zip groups similar data constructs together). Would be worth seeing how much space 500 individual 7zips take up as comparison though.

    Right, so next decision for me is whether I get a GC controller/adapter or Wii U Pro controller (apparently that works fine with Nintendont) The GC might be best as it's supported in all emulators. "Official" product this time ;)

    I posted this in the wrong forum as I should have posted it in Wii U Homebrew. I found out that the problem is with my Chinese knock-off controllers which Nintendont apparently doesn't like (despite the fact they work fine with every other emulator on my Wii U!)

    Thanks, yep I've seen the huge threads and it sounded like it should "just work" but then I spotted several references to patches at various points so just wondered if I was missing something. It could well be because I got the controllers from China but they work fine for all the others EMUs...
