    Homebrew Official Citra - New 3DS Emulator

    Just for clarifications: 1. Do I need a 3DS to decrypt a rom if I have that rom AND the xorpad files for that rom? 2. If I have managed to decrypt a rom, how do I use that? Do I have to use the romfs.bin or is there anything else to do?
