Interesting, but makes it hard for ppl to make themselves. Trying to make it cheap and easy for ppl to get it made themselves through OSHPark or PCBWay. I never heard of the kamikaze mod till now. Seeing a quick video seem to be a bit more skill oriented compared to the adapter. I might not go the route of reinventing the adapter then.
