^^^ I'm sad to hear that. Aren't DVD subtitles are bitmaps too? AFAIK Wii can play DVD movies.- Bomba100

well... I justed tested every available player in the Homebrew Browser and non played the subs. Strangely, it appears that no one wrote a player which can show these subs, as it solve quite easily encoding and code-page problems- Bomba100

Homebrew XSubs support - media player
Hi, I was looking for a Wii media player can show divx Xsubs. I tried MPlayer and WiiMC, they play the movie fine, but doesn't show the subtitles at all, while my cheap DVD player handle it with no problem. Is there any other player I should check ? Does anybody know if XSubs support is in...- Bomba100
