    hmm i always thought all wii came with the 3.1 and if you connect wifi it would always ask you to upgrade to 4.0 because if you send it to Nintendo to get it repair it always come back as menu 3.1

    i have the drivekey install and some burn games wont work at all unless you play it with back uploader i dont know why but yeah your game should work if you load it with the backup loader and where you just using the geko for USB codes?

    i was on 3.3 and upgraded to 4.0 with HBC but some games i couldnt get it to load with backup loader and will i just made a lie to nintendo saying playing SSB cause my drive not to read games and i sent it to nintendo paying nothing because i still have warranty all they did was remove my HBC...

    it takes a bit of a long time with Sc card and USB always die about 10% the best choice is wifi and use firefox and when it ask you to save download it with orbit cause it only took me 1 hour with zelda 4.38 gig i have lynksys and usb internet hook up
