    If you have access to a tower PC, or a Sata to USB external drive case, you can try pop out the HD and hook to another Windows PC, atleast to try to back up files from it.     Yep happens often to me on my tablet, not much on PC though. It won't even let me check the box on tablet, keeps refreshing back to that screen every-time I click the box. Only way I've found it to work on tablet is to open gbatemp on a "Private Tab".
