It's the chip marked "I" on the picture. Has to be replaced with the same model/RAM taken from a donor board (from the same place). Doesn't guarantee that it will solve your issue, because the error can also be caused by missing or bad components... -

Also, did you replace it with the exact same WiFi chip model, or a different one?

I tested a bit around and shorted some power lines and read out the error codes. Clear the error codes and repeat it two times and test the same at a second ps5 board. A short on WiFi/BT at the pmic 3.3V line results in the two error codes...

it's exactly what it says, RAM chip failure. You have to look at the code before 0007, which is 9908, and 08 is the RAM chip that reporting an issue
