    I recently found 2 r4s, one is(apparently) a really old and fake one, and the other is from r4i-sdhc and it has the 3ds mark in green so i guess it shoul be "new".     Hacking [Noob] Just found an old r4

    Hello! I found this old r4 and i wanted to test it out so i tried to run it on my Dsi Xl and it gives me "An error has occured, press and hold the Power button etc etc." I tried updating the card but the problem is that i can't find the update that's right. The card has R4 written on it in caps...

    How does this hardmod work? does it require a lot of hardware skills? i tried searching for a tutorial but weirdly enough i couldn't find it despite being something so popoular(maybe i'm searching the wrong stuff)

I just found my old Nintendo DS laying in a box filled with old stuff, i opened it and, despite all odds, it still works! i also found my old r4 i used to play games with, and i wanted to play one just for the sake of it. Unfortunatley the r4 was broken and it doesen't work...
