Pimax announces mini PC, new wireless PCVR headsets and VR controllers

I guess they were trying to be clever forming a portmanteau word from "spatial" and "station".

You simply follow the video. A lot of stuff happened within a few days and keeping everything up to date on page 1 is a job on its own.

'Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and 'Shadow of War' launch on Nintendo Switch 2

Cool. Those games are exceptional... in that I finished them even though I got them as freebies. Not eager to pay for them, though, as long as WB Games has a freakin' patent on the Nemesis system.

If you mean that the console comes with a firmware for which a jailbreak is available, then yes. At this very moment every PS5 on store shelves that has not been turned on at least once has a firmware below 14.00.

Fan PS5 boycott over discs seemingly has little impact in US

That outcome is fine by my standards. If it's really about principles, one can at any point stop using that shit altogether instead of half-assing some one-week boycott hoping to send a message like a drug addict too afraid to quit for good.

Steam Frame price revealed, waiting open until 17th September

Had they launched that thing closer to its announcement for $999 at the very most, I would have bought it in an instant, but in the meantime I got very comfortable with a Laptop + XREAL glasses combo for non-VR games and an always-offline Quest 3 for the occasional Beat Saber fix... So yeah...

Nintendo's Customer Appreciation Sale goes live in the US, made possible by tariff-related refunds

It's literally the same 30% discount they grant each time Nintendo games go on sale. The audacity to call this customer appreciation...

Trump is attempting to bribe the voters into voting for the Republican Party in the Midterms

Remember when he said every American would get a check from the (illegally acquired) tariff money? Not only is this the most obvious display of corruption, but you can already count on him not keeping his promise once the midterm elections are over. I don't know if this really deserves it's...

Wait until it's fully ready before you use it. Problem solved. Nobody is forcing you to download the first release and use it asap. If this was a product you pay money for I'd agree with you. But we're talking about someone's side project that'll get there eventually, regardless of what part of...
