Gaming Bubsy 4D releases to less-than-spectacular reviews

I will still grab it on sale. Demon Turf is an amazing 3d platformer, Demon Tides is great as well, those two are both from Fabraz, so is Bubsy, I enjoyed the demo as well, so unless it goes seriously downhill in the full game, I still want to play it.

Oh no, I've turned into my dad :rofl2: Brushes, some mdf sealer and some clear varnish.

    Unpopular Opinions 2.0

I dislike the commonly used OLED pronunciation, so oh-led as a word. Going forwards, for the purposes of my rant Led=word, L.E.D= separate letters. No one refers to L.E.Ds as "Leds", it's always L.E.D, just the three letters, but in a tv, suddenly it's "leds". It's not even consistent, when...

Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa explains Switch 2 price increases in recent Financial Results Briefing

Think it's only going up by £30 here. Hardly a deal breaker if you wanted one, unlike ram that went from £70 to £300. It is what it is, only thing I dislike with this sort of price rise, is it takes ages to go the other way. Quick to raise, always slow to drop. At least Nintendo are raising it...

G304X. Wanted a change from my old G pro wired, still works, but desk is getting a bit cluttered these days, so wanted to get rid of the cable and mouse bungee. Wanted a similar shaped mouse without a coating that breaks down and goes sticky. That's slim pickings, but the 304x fits it. It's...

My RGH 3 XBOX 360 freezes randomly when it is on

Pictures of wire routing for the rgh3? Bad routing near noisy components can cause freezing and glitches. Example, glitching and freezing caused by bad routing https://www.reddit.com/r/360hacks/comments/1jcy87n/can_bad_rgh3_wire_routing_make_an_xbox_freeze/

Adjustable ankle weights. Don't really need to change up the weight too much, but the adjustable ones have the packets of sand in their own little bags, so the stitching won't pull on them when you move about. I did have these before https://www.argos.co.uk/product/9203004 and they failed...

Where are the component price drops?

I got a 2TB 990pro for £80 at the end of 2024. They were £130, but Samsung UK was giving £50 cashback. Think that is the lowest I've ever seen it for.

Replacement headband cable for my headphones (it's the cable that runs through the headband to connect the non cable side cup). Beyerdynamic pretty much sell spares for everything, even if it's something that needs soldering, unlike a lot of companies who just virtue signal about how green they...

Spare battery. Valve cores. Tyre sealant, my current bottle is nearly empty. Sealant injector, so I can push it through the valve. Normally just pop one side of the tyre bead off, pour it in and then reseat, doesn't take long, but I want to try this next time.

Where are the component price drops?

Even if it is true, it will take ages to go down. The ram cartel will cut production before they let the prices drop.

Hacking Homebrew Project Discussion: Bringing back SXOS-style XCI HDD Loading to Atmosphere?

I don't think it will ever come back even if it's technically feasible. .3ds never came back on the 3ds (as far as I know), despite installing .cia files being horrifically slow to the point people would say just batch install them overnight, compared to just throw the .3ds on the sd in a...

    Best SNES and Genesis flashcart?

Assuming it's as the seller says, a cyclone iv fpga and the rev z pcb by ky technology, then it works fine and can take the official updates, or at least it can for now. IIRC the firmware for the SD2SNES/FXPAK is open source, so you can't really sneak brick code in there. I have one, works great.
