    Anyone know what to do? I've tried going to homebrew launcher with Pasta too, but nope! :( (EDIT: Noticed that I'd could have gone to the FBI topic but here we go..)

    I'm very new to custom firmware as I just downgraded my n3ds last night and got RxTools working. I have some games like Happy Home Designer that requires 9.8, so can I just update when in Rxmode or what? :O Also, is it emunand where it is SAFER to install cias?
