There exists a SDL2 port to the Wii. But as far as I can tell it's worse than the SDL v1.2 port. I couldn't even manage to get the 32x240 screen of the game stretched to the 640x480 viewable region of the port. It would only work when using game resolution 640x480 as well but due to the game video being run as software emulation, it just runs slow with anything higher than 320x240+1 -

I mean - I'm fine with the original DOS feeling of 320x240 pixels. There's nothing wrong about it. It just feels more "original". DOS resolutions like 640x480 were based on VESA anyway like BLOOD actually used VESA for screen resolutions > 640x480
