Yes both the websites should work similarly, ssnc seems pretty cool, I wanted to add barcode scanner as well, but I couldn't get accurate results (I was trying to use QuaggaJS) :) It is simply because the link here uses http, but https is supported as well and you shouldn't get that warning :)- AlessandroM

I would recommend Gamesome Frontend. Basically it acts as a library manager for your rom collections, it downloads covers, titles,etc. then it can interface with some emulators to execute the games.- AlessandroM
