    If I transfer the rom directly from the site, I need to patch the header or else it freezes on the Game Boy Advance splash screen. I'm also fairly certain the battery isn't dead because I can play regular Emerald perfectly fine.

    I'm trying to play Flora Sky on my EZflash 4. I've patched it with SRAM and fixed the header, but I get the "save has been erased due to corruption or damage" error on start up and I get an error when I try to save.

    I was under the impression that it doesn't matter if the rom a .cia is created from had a public header or not because .cia's use the machine's header anyways I am curious why it says "However, due to how cia's work, it may not be safe to use those as well"

    Just tested both roms on a friend's R4i Gold (not pro) They work, so it's the card's problem. Again, if anyone managed to get either game working on an R4i Gold Pro I would appreciate advice
