Capacitor value near the AF01 chip

Hello, I'm trying to repair a PS5 that has a blue light for one second then switched off. I managed to find a short to ground caused by a bad capacitor, but what is its value? It's near the AF01 chip, I put two arrows showing the removed capacitor and its place. Thanks.

Can't transfer my saves and trophies from a 7.55 fat to 9.00 pro

Small update: I updated my fat to 9.00, on startup there was a message like "rebuilding database". I did a backup with the official backup/restore app, saved the listed files through ftp, and restored everything on the pro. Unfortunately the problem stays the same: the trophies summary is...

Can't transfer my saves and trophies from a 7.55 fat to 9.00 pro

Hello, I got myself a 9.00 pro and I would like to transfer my saves and trophies from my old 7.55 fat, with an offline account. Following @Leeful instructions, I used the official backup/restore app, and transfered the folders they listed. First weird issue, when I tried to upload them on the...

Hacking [Release] PS-Phive! (ForPS4 6.72) Exploit Host Menu

@Leeful no worries, thanks for the detailed steps! Unfortunately I have an issue with the trophies (haven't tested the savedata yet, I have to reinstall everything). After I restored everything and rebooted, I can see I have 170 trophies when I hover the "trophies" icon. But if I select it, it...

Hardware Switch repair: inconsistent power charge

I soldered a new BQ24193 before I created this topic; today I removed and put it back again (without changing it) with hot air and checked each of its pins with my soldering iron, the problem is still the same. I checked again the capacitors but none of them are shorted. I really don't know what...

Hardware Switch repair: inconsistent power charge

I just tried with L4T 3.2, and it seems to have the same issue. I can see the purple splash "switchroot UBUNTU" for 2 seconds then black screen again. Is it possible to have a bad component (the M92T36?) that is half-working? Like just enough to boot in RCM mode but nothing more?

Hardware Switch repair: inconsistent power charge

Little update: I tried this guide to rebuild the eMMC: https://suchmememanyskill.github.io/guides/unbrick/#mmc-rebuild After the "systemRestore" script executed, the Switch was still not booting, so I tried the "systemwipe" script, and it's still not booting! How can I test if it's a software...

Hardware Switch repair: inconsistent power charge

I can boot on hekate, but even with its latest release, when I use the "launch" option the Switch shows the "Nintendo" logo then a black screen. I have to press the power button ~15 seconds before I can power it on again. Edit, some more tests: with hekate, black screen whether I start the...

Hardware Switch repair: inconsistent power charge

Hello, I'm trying to repair a Switch. I replaced the BQ24193 and all the resistors & caps around it (from a dead Switch, they were removed from a previous repair), but with 3 different batteries it charges them at 3 different values: 0,25A, 0.9A or 2A. I never see the transition to 0A then the...

Hardware Components used on the Switch (mostly the motherboard and main console)

Hello, is it confirmed that all the resistors around the BQ24193 are 10K ohms? I managed to blew some off with the hot air gun when I changed the BQ  When I checked their values on another Switch, some were 10K, but not all of them.
