Can't transfer my saves and trophies from a 7.55 fat to 9.00 pro

Hello, I got myself a 9.00 pro and I would like to transfer my saves and trophies from my old 7.55 fat, with an offline account.
Following @Leeful instructions, I used the official backup/restore app, and transfered the folders they listed.

First weird issue, when I tried to upload them on the pro with FileZilla, it warned my the files were already existing, even though they were not listed before. I cancelled the upload, downloaded the folder to check it, but there was only the folders structure (no files). When I tried to upload them again everything went well, and I rebooted the console.

Second issue, the trophies: when I hover the "trophies" icon, I see the summary with the total/platinum/gold/silver/bronze, everything is correct. But if I select it, it prints "CE-30360-2" error, and when I hover it again, everything was deleted.

Last issue, the saves. They appear correctly in the settings, the timestamp is coherent for each game. But if I start a game, it complains the save is corrupted, and if I go back to the settings, now it is shown as corrupted instead of its timestamp.


Should I transfer more files? Or is there an incompatibility between 7.55 and 9.00?

Small update: I updated my fat to 9.00, on startup there was a message like "rebuilding database".
I did a backup with the official backup/restore app, saved the listed files through ftp, and restored everything on the pro.

Unfortunately the problem stays the same: the trophies summary is correct but everything is deleted after it is opened, same for the save, the games complain they are corrupted.
