Hardware Computer Building for a beginner

Yeah, I feared the same thing, especially with delicates components as those around. What about the monitor and keyboard/mouse? Something standard but clean and efficient?

Hardware Computer Building for a beginner

I'll definetely look into them. Reminds me a lot as if I was buying from Craigslist lol. Thanks for the heads up! This alternative still catches my eye though. Looks definetely great for me (and my wallet!). Also, just like you said, prices fluctuate depening on the seller and what new parts...

Hardware Computer Building for a beginner

Not much; I have around 800$ saved up for this occasion. I'd figure I wouldn't overdo it and made it moderately accessible. I did look into PC Part Picker but I'm also wondering what's the "hierarchy" of components and their effectiveness. What I mean by this is basically "is this Intel...

Hardware Computer Building for a beginner

Hey all! First of all, I'm not sure if this the place to ask for this, so you guys can let me know please :) Secondly, I've been wondering, with all the money I've saved up, I was thinking to upgrade my laptop to a full-blown desktop capable of running more resource-hungry games and emulators...

Gaming Stuck on Story Mode (Taiko No Tatsujin Dororon Daikessen!!)

Hey all! So, maybe I'm late to the party with this one, but I've got nowhere else to ask for this. I've tried on Gamefaqs, but I was like 8,9 years late, so here goes: On this Taiko no Tatsujin game for the DS, in the story mode, there's a chapter where you go to a city in the desert, talk to...

Gaming What are the best free pc games?

Some great gems I can recommend are: Cave Story (the original 2004 version, you can find it in https://www.cavestory.org) Super Crate Box, a fast paced arcade based game made by Vlambeer Yume Nikki Spelunky (the 2008 version, still free and just as fun) Literally HALO (Custom Edition, needs a...

Hacking In-Game Save Files Deleted Seamlessly (DS Lite)

Ahh, gotcha. I did hear about YSMenu but I all I heard about it is that it does remove the timebomb but it is a bit more clunkier to use, with some issues and what not. Thanks for the heads-up though :)

Homebrew Was the Cave Story DS Demo ever Finished? (Homebrew)

Ahhh, gotcha. I sadly don't have it though, and I never opted for the 3-in-1 anyways since I just wanted an easy way to play GBA games flawlessly into Slot-2, so I got the EZ-Omega instead. Oh well.

Homebrew Was the Cave Story DS Demo ever Finished? (Homebrew)

Ahhh, okidoki. And the memory extension? Dunno what do to with that exactly (On hindsight, I should've asked this on my last reply ).

Homebrew Was the Cave Story DS Demo ever Finished? (Homebrew)

Aww, darn. I can't use hb menu or TWLMenu because I'm using a DS Lite, like I've mentioned before :( As far as I know, both of them need a DSi at least, so...

Homebrew Was the Cave Story DS Demo ever Finished? (Homebrew)

Oooo, fancy. Does it need to be in the same folder as the MD/Genesis ROMs or just anywhere in the SD card? Also, a memory expansion pak? For a Genesis game? Never heard of that before.

Homebrew Was the Cave Story DS Demo ever Finished? (Homebrew)

Alright, update: it doesn't boot up :( An older version did, though (0.3.3, apparently) but I dunno what I'm doing wrong. I'm pretty sure I just need the .bin file, right?
