    That happened to me too. I don't think it matters too much though, a simple restart and you're good to go. Plus if the rom is in NOR you can just play it like a normal GBA game, there's no need to go back to gbaexploader. Or maybe I read your post wrong.

    I know the 3-in-1 works with a GBA if it's the bigger size and you flash the rom to NOR. Also, make sure the rom doesn't need any patching before you load it, I killed my 3-in-1 with Mother 3 because I didn't sram patch it.

    Yes, but I can't run anything while the expansion cart is inserted. I guess adding Mother 3 to the NOR without the sram patch screwed something up.
