Hacking Is it possible to create a fake system update?

I'm a noob and I just had a couple of quick questions...

Is it possible to create a System Menu update that would downgrade a Wii and spoof Nintendo's servers by forwarding it directly to the Wii through a router?

Also, can the Twilight Hack be modified using the keys supplied by running xyzzy to work on an individual system?
Obviously, if you are running xyzzy you probably have HBC installed, but it could be a safeguard to still run code after a user error or in case of an update by Nintendo that would finally disable HBC...

The fake update could be posible but just to patch things, why downgrade if we have downgraders that work just fine..?? if you want to downgrade but you don't have a cIOS installed there are a few ways out there, don't ask me where cause I haven't seen it, but some people say it is out there, if what you mean is using a proxy to detour and change or patch the info sended by "N" to your Wii, I think is possible, but no one has make a real investigation in that way...!!
