Finally got a job offer in my targeted country

after applying jobs, almost 3000 times, I think I could breathe a sigh of relief: I am finalizing a job offer for a role in Amsterdam. I have always preferred to relocate to the netherlands due to its historical relationship with Indonesia, also, I have cousins there, so I wouldn't be feel to lonely.

Now, I just hope the salary does not suck...

I expect a comparison on Dutch Indonesian food (which is delicious every time I have had it) and the real deal similar to how curry gets compared between the UK and Indian subcontinent.

Hope this goes well for you. 3000 applications... I would have given up long ago.

Also "hope the salary does not suck" and "I am finalizing a job offer"... that seems odd.

the reason was, when I applied for this role, I asked a salary which was below the High Skilled Migrant visa requirement - I wasn't aware about the market rate. Got a phone call from the company about this issue, that I hoped the salary would increase to meet the HSM visa requirements, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get the visa. Well they said, they said it's not a problem, so fingers crossed the salary would meet the expectations.
