Inject payload but get black screen

Hi guys I've seen that a lot of people start having this issue but I can't seem to find the solution. I've tried everything but nothing's working. I have already:
-Formatted my sd card, done the sd setup thing.
-download new files/ tried different payloads.
-tried different USB port/cable
-checked forums for similar case and still got no solution.
-uninstalled/installed the APX driver
Basically, the RCM is ok and it says payload successfully injected but nothing happens. If someone know how to fix this please help me!

I would double check. This is the behavior of a patched unit if you can’t even get into hekate

No I didn't replace anything aside from the sd card

Where did you get the serial number? From label on the console or from System/info...?
Did you buy a new or used console?
Are you injecting the proper payload for the CFW in use?

From the sticker on the console, it's my cousin old console

Check if the serial number in the system's info is the same on the label...
