Splatoon 3 online on CFW?

I was wondering is there a way to play this online? Or do we have to wait until Switch LAN Play has been updated?
I know the game just released but I was wondering.

Homebrew have moderated chance, but if he play with a pirated copy he would get banned, if he was playing with a pirated copy may as well play on a clean NAND with own copy of the game.

they're playing online in cfw with a legit copy they bought. you can do that with minimal risk, assuming you arent cheating. but trying to take a pirated version online will get you banned..

Perhaps reading some posts here which asked the exact same thing and got a proper answer might help with that?

The golden rule and safest way is to keep legit game on clean sysnand and all mods on a separate emunand plus SD cards are so cheap nowadays
