Usb helper downloads

Is there any way to download USB helper wiiu games to a USB and then using homebrew to transfer to front port wiiu sd card? My chip reader is messed up in PC and won't detect memory card.

I'm not very savvy when it comes to modding but years ago modded with Haxachi and bought a game from the shop then recently got wiiu back out of storage and deleted Haxachi from data management and downloaded tiramisu. But I don't know what the wiiu shell is.

@Rembury WiiU Shell is a fileexplorer for e.g. moving, copying, deleting, files and folders.

And wii u shell is slow as hell.
