Hacking Still possible to update a Wii?

Hello there.

Is still possible to perform a normal update? If not, is there any way of doing this offline?

I'm planning on buying a Wii and mod it with Homebrew channel, the Wii's that I can buy are untouched and I heard that the servers were down, and that was not possible to perform updates, I'm afraid of buying the Wii and not being able to update it to the latest version, I know that we can update the Wii with a game disc like Skyward sword, which I don't have, the Wii comes with the next games on disc: Cod Black ops, RE4 (great), Wii party and Wii sports.

It should be possible for the Moment.

With that you can do anything including changing
the Wii´s System Version to a higher or lower Version.

So - have no fear,as long as XFlak and ModMii is here.
