For thunderus, go to around here where an alpha gyarados is and make sure its raining and nightfall

I can't even get to fight Enamorus, she just dont get any trap and i cant launch a pokeball to her...i dont understand what is happening

You have to throw like mud balls and things at it to get rid of their tornadoes protecting them. Make sure to use smoke balls to not let it get away from you a lot.
