That's the error code for a segfault. Basically the software is trying to access a part of ram that it either doesn't have permission to access or doesn't exist. (Google segfault for more info).

This is usual to see in homebrew since there's no QA testing but less common in official games that have been certified. Which game are you playing? If it's happening in every game and frequently it may be faulty hardware, in which case you'll have to RMA your Switch.
