@NinStar , does the wii u have to be off for the quick start to become ready? I was playing a game, the same game for about an hour and a half, and when I turned on the system with the gamepad, it said that the quick start menu wasn't ready, so I'll leave it off for about an hour and a half as well. and, does that (the quick start menu) only appear if turning on the system with the gamepad or will it appear if you power on using the pro controller? I got that usb disconnect message you got from exiting system settings, and it happens every time I turn on the system if the quick start menu is enabled. I don't know if that's due to it not being ready or not.
I'm not sure about how long it can take, it is usually ready to use after playing a few games or waiting for a while.

The quick start menu only appears if you use the gamepad to power the console on (by holding the power button from the controller or using the HOME button), it won't show up if you use another controller or the power button from the console itself.

In my case I started to experience the usb issue even before enabling the quick start, I had it disabled during the entire installation and usage process for Tiramisu, as was I using CBHC before switching to Tiramisu.

Did it ever correct itself?

This is great news! I was using Indexiine before and this works perfectly, thanks for all of this!

Will the Homebrew Launcher forwarder work with Tiramisu?

I successfully uninstalled CBHC and installed Tiramisu with Autoboot without an issue. Plugin support and less likelihood of bricking is really nice!

I also removed Haxchi and I haven't had any issues with executing homebrew or launching custom WUP channels.

This is some awesome stuff! Thanks OP!

Okay, I got quick menu to work, but I still get the usb device has been removed error every time I boot up. It's only when quick menu is enabled too, so I disabled it again.

So you are only getting the error when the quick start is enabled and every time your boot up the console?
As I described in my case, I always got this issue since I started using Tiramisu but only when I close the system settings, regardless if the quick start is enabled or not.

does it have the same downsides as CHBC? (ex. formatting or deleting the haxchi game bricks the device?)
No, it will persist even if you format the console and you can't delete Health and Safety from the Data Management.

Should I remove Haxchi??
Yes because it's not needed and won't work when Tiramisu is loaded (I think, but you won't need it anymore). ONLY do this for the NORMAL Haxchi, NOT Coldboot Haxchi. CBHC must be uninstalled through the CBHC-Intsaller first.
