CFW blackscreen after accidentally game update

I have a switch where out son accidentally choose the game update after launching this games en restarts the switch now de CFW gives a black screen

Why was it even connected to Nintendo?

It was not connected to Nintendo but the wifi was enabled but i manual added the ip settings so there was no connection with the internet possible
