Hello,

I have a Nintendo Switch Lite in version 13, I think.
A few days ago, when trying to start it, the console got stuck on the start screen.
I restarted it several times, and the problem persists.
I tried the manipulation to enter the maintenance mode (POWER + VOL- & VOL +) but there the console has an error 2002-4373.

Do you have a solution for this problem?

Is it modded with a modchip? If not, time to call Nintendo to get it fixed. That's your best option.
No.. It's full stock..
Hoo..

There is no other way?
I looked for a while if we could do a reset from the motherboard, or something like that, but I found nothing ..

If you tinker with it, you risk voiding your warranty, if it's still valid. You're better off contacting Nintendo, even if the warranty expired. Of course, if they want to charge you an arm and a leg to fix it, then you can explore other options.

Try a factory reset.

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it.

It can act as a swap drive but that isn't more RAM, it's slooow.
