Nah, it not working on 3 different honey trees and the berries tree also not growing. It seem like they implement the old gen IV game clock that separated from sysclock and punish your for cheating by reset said clock if it go wrong.

I manage to get it to work. Not sure if you're doing it right or its because you have a 24 hour lock. You should skip 24 hours, slap honey on a tree and then increase the time by 6 hours within the homebrew app i provided.

The Codes for Pearl aren't the same as Diamond or just aren't being read or shown. Loaded into Diamond and everything is there but Pearl is lacking codes like all pokeballs and all berries and others.

Hey actually. Download it again I had the one from i think it was yesterday. Just downloaded the one from today and its working.

In my Brilliant Diamond mod directory, i created a folder cheats then created a txt file named D9E96FB92878E345.txt in it. I only use max pokedollar and 999 all ball cheat but when i started the game it does not respond at all

There's no Azure Flute in the files for BD/SP right now.

Only way to get Arceus is to use PKHeX or use the encounter code. There's no event for Arceus in the game at the moment so there's no way to trigger one.

Do you have any idea which one is the Arceus encounter code? I'm checking in PKHeX and the names aren't precisely descriptive (i.e. FE_D10R0202POKE_01)

He meant to create an Arceuus in PkHex there's no flag in pkhex for it atm
for the encounter code you could use 1ED (493) in the pokemon part of the code

p.s. that flag is for captured regirock iirc here's short notes I'm too lazy to type the whole thing its in the next few updates ofpkhex

You have Arceus's and Manaphy's Encounter Codes included in the .txt for Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl; here's the encounter codes for Celebi and Deoxy's as currently AFAIK there's no possible way in-game to obtain them as well without using these codes.
