Are there any cheats that fix the game when running at higher framerates than 30? Currently overworld NPCs run around really fast and some animations are sped up, nothing game breaking but still a fix would be nice

HP wont decrease also work on opponent's pokemon in boss battle, so you can't beat them unless you turn code off.

Work around: Use ryujinx, add the cheats , play the game with the cheats on, save the game and transfer the save file to yuzu.

Personally it didn't work for me on yuzu.
Use Ryujinx ,most cheat codes work.

i tried other later gens, but they just crash the game. so it seems you can't transfer in newer gen pokemon yet.

if you want to spawn your own, just find the national dex number and convert to hex and replace the number in the 3rd octet.
