i know im gonna get hate for this, but ill wait for cheatslips to steal it. 91wii and speedifly are both hard to work with getting what you need. google translate does help, but it's google translate. itll still jumble phrases and make things tricky to read. and dont evem get me started on the catchpas.

luckily we finally got the instant speed boost codes for Dread, the only cheat code the game needed honestly. It's hilarious watching people lose their minds over the easiest metroid game, hard mode isn't even hard.

most "cheats" of this type is merely finding an address and locking/editing its value.
anyone with skill and patience can do it. we just pay for the convenience. which, to be honest, i wish we didnt have to. were already kind of on nintendos bad side by breaking their rules anyway, and with how nintendo ninjas are, this scene is in constant danger of falling apart. and for what? so we can cheat and play a game the way it's not intended?
i mean, ill pay and commission an artist because they make the art. im more hesitant to pay a gamehacker to find something i likely could if i had the patience to learn.
partly why im not too bothered by people "stealing" them. it could just have been they found the address themselves after enough shmucks like me whine about it.
they don't make the cheats, they just find the right adresses to manipulate.
that said, don't repost their work. find the same address yourself and watch them get mad that you "stole" their cheat!

so......i am sure im misunderstanding something here. i find a code and post in a research discord channel, which EVERYONE should know means it might not work, and im suppose to ok with some..........."person" not only copying my work but even put its under his name, as in HE did the work, HE found the code, and even, dare i even say WROTE the code. And yeah, it should come as no surprise who i am referring to here. (which by the way those was experiential base codes, i had to improve them as i played the game.) and just because you claimed to have no skill, that doesn't mean you should support thieves. especially when someone open an account under someone else name in the same discord server *cough* Kazama *cough* just to post codes, so their main "account" doesnt get the backlash....
No, actually, the silent majority agrees with you. If I had access to those sites (and I really tried) and their codes, I'd have made them available everywhere on the net, and I mean everywhere. It's funny how this thread has become a huge advertisement to their "work", rubbing it in the face of the users here. They find it amusing may be. And thanks to Jinkazama and others who "steal" their "work" and share it with us.
Do you have a stake in that site? I can't help but think that you have a problem with someone posting codes from that site if you have something to lose. Are the codes in question created by you? If they are then I would think you'll be glad they'll lose money since the codes will be out in the wild. Also how in the hell will they link the account the I used to purchase the codes to this account?

While not all creators are against their code being freely shared everywhere for anyone to enjoy most if not all think that stealing is despicable.
While some are thankful for the code made by creators and shared here there are some despicable people here that thinks it is their birth right that people serve them and not a word of thanks from them.
If you have commissioned a cheat to be done then share it if you please, if you only paid for access and you proceed to destroy the author's livelihood by stealing it you are basically trying to destroy this source which others value.
@matias3ds maybe it is time to consider moving to a private group and check people's posting history before letting them in

Then please, make us cheats , if you have the skill to do it, then make Metroid Dread Cheats for us, why do you steal the work of other coders and think yo're entitled to claim the codes?

They are not only shady, did you try to register? It's a complete bother. Even with the very good intentions, they are completely making it hard for you to register and participate. So yes, stealing them is the right thing to do and if they stop selling codes, so be it. Screw them.
