I have been trying to get Fifa 19 up and running ever since I updated my emunand/atmosphere with no success. I am starting to suspect that there is hidden software data somewhere on the switch that I can't gain access to for x or y reason. Is there any hidden game information that isn't visible in the nintendo memory management screen? If so is there a tool that completely clears ALL data for a particular game? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah I updated my patches, I wish I could have figured out what the problem was. I just ended up switching to fifa 21.
Have you tried absolutely clean atmos install? Without any sys-modules, themes etc.. Only atmos+patches. Also, did anyone confirm this problem as well or its just you?

I have tried clean atmos, but very few people play fifa(or sports games) on the switch, let alone a fifa from 2018. Every other game works perfectly. Just Fifa 19 refuses lol.

Pretty much the same game anyway haha

AI on legendary is a bit harder, but I already got used to it. Same animations got recycled and same graphics, only difference are some slight changes in rosters and it seems that crosses are more effective than just sprinting close to the goal. Passing is more important than in fifa 19 where you could just run on the line between out of bounds and in bounds to get close to the keeper.

Nope. No hidden data. When you delete software, it is gone.
That's not true. Metadata is still left (game name, icon, etc.) even after uninstalling game. Only official way to remove it is factory reset. Dunno about tools like DBI or Tinfoil.

No, I've just been playing fifa 21.
Are you using SaltyNX? It had issues with FIFA 20 and older entries. Newest update solved issues with them.

Or nvm. It had also issues with FIFA 21, so it's not it.

I use atmosphere with patches. Every single game plays besides fifa 19. I just learned to live with it since no one has that game to test it.
