Homebrew Restoring switch with clean NAND

Hey there, i've been meaning to ask you guys if you know the proper way to remove cfw completely. I've read alot about how to go about this though i still can't figure it out exactly. So i have a clean nand that i already installed recently. However if i boot back to ofw i was asked to delete my sd card which i found odd? I turned it off just to be on the safe side and after a couple of times i succesfully booted into ofw without deleting anything. Though after i turned it off and on again i was asked nontheless to erase sd card. I did verify if my serial number was present in ofw but on emummc its blank. Im on 10. something on ofw btw. Do i need to use something like haku33 to completely wipe out sysmmc and emummc since im pretty sure cfw is installed on emummc to avoid a potential ban. For reference after i installed cfw i immediatly made a clean nand then i installed incognito and always stayed offline aside from homebrew related stuff. I'm on the latest fw atmosphere and i count 13 burned fuses. Im desperately in need of advice here since im planning to give this switch away to someone i know.

1: Is it normal to be asked to erase sd card after i installed clean nand?

2: Since i already installed clean nand do i still need to use haku33 to erase sysmmc and emummc? Or is a clean nand sufficient and should i just erase my sd card.

3: Should i update to the latest fw after this whole restoring process since the new owner is planning to go online and buy games online?

I would really appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance.

Yes, it is normal because you have data there that shouldn't exist (f.e. you had game that is not registered in clean NAND).

Definitely don't run it.

Well, you should if you want to prove to buyer that your unit is not banned.

Thanks for the quick respond i really appreciate it and my apologies regarding posting this in a wrong category. As you can clearly tell im not quite familiar with how this all works. If i understand correctly i should proceed the format process of my sd card after i boot into ofw? Will there be any ''dirty'' files afterwards that Nintendo can detect leading to a potential ban?

p.s. it's actually a switch that i will give to my niece as a replacing one since she lost hers. Not that it matters.

Update: i actually proceeded and erased sd card, should i update my switch to the latest fw? Is it safe? What about the cfw files on my sd card? Will Nintendo detect these files or should i just delete them since there's no use for them anymore. I made a backup of the sd card just in case.

If you want to use online functions - yes.

You can't get more cleaner, so now you can't do anything more to make it better. Any attempt will make it worse.

I think i understand but when i inject my sd card in my laptop i still see those ''dirty'' files. Should i not erase them and what if Nentendo can detect these files on the sd card? I don't understand that part.

They do nothing. Just having files means nothing for them.

I still havent updated the switch because for some reason im afraid Nintendo's gonna scan the sd card for ''dirty'' files in a future update. If i can avoid all this trouble simply by erasing all files on the sd card except for the nintendo folder wouldnt that make sense? I mean is there any harm in doing so even if its somewhat unrealistic.

As masagrator said. They don't scan your sd card. Anyways. Since your not using cfw anymore. Might as well delete them
