If you could choose to stay one age forever, what age might you choose?

You would continue to age mentally, but your body would never undergo the affects of aging

Lastly, you must choose an age you have already been in your lifetime. For example if you are 50 years old, you can only choose an age between zero and fifty (0-50)

12 years ago, i was 32. i like that age. i was in better shape than i am now.. i say this as i eat goldfish crackers from a cup.
I was about to post the same. I would go back to being 18 years old.
I was huge, big wide back, broad shoulders, tiny waist, big ass and hard thighs...

Nowadays I can't bend down without feeling pressure on my face + knees cracking

Basically, you're asking us what was the best year of our life. For me, I'd like to be 31. I was in good shape, life was good and easy enough. Continuing to age mentally is really not a big deal since I'm still pretty young in my head, unless of course I'd go on to develop dementia or alzheimer disease later in life.

Probably something akin either:
*12 (when the world was still epic and cool and there as less to worry about)
OR
*21 (when I still had hope)

Not true.
It might also mean "what year where you still the happiest, considering the things to come" or something along the lines.

The mental aspect would be deciding part of this (neuroplasticity, risk assessment, pointlessly high sex drive and whatnot) but if you take that off the table then no reason not to be young when I still bounced well (bones harden as you go through 20s somewhat), muscle mass can be doable as a teenager and young 20s but does get a bit easier in mid-late 20s and possibly peak for most around 30 with a slow burn down to 50). I had a full beard by 19 (and probably could have gone earlier but I was a thrall to big razor) so can have that push apparent age up a bit, and I figure I am always going to be too young to be taken seriously by someone* so might as well take the physical aspects.

*many times I watched 50 something people I know could wipe the floor with me in a given field (one I am no slouch in either), that had trained me some years prior, be looked down upon by a late 60s type that in all fairness was probably not a case study in Dunning Kruger (many times you get the late 60s types that have been doing it for a long time, just badly or stopped learning).
