does it mean you can remove the 8x code instruction from a cheat code.

Yes. Forgot why I got a Game Card for it. Grabbed a low Priced Game of Carnival Games. LOL. But now, apparently the Card reader cant be read, even with the BCT Edited to read noGC = 0
