Hi i have some slighty damaged wii / wii u disc anyone can recommand me a reliable device to fix the discs ? The other question i had is are regular dvd or blue ray cleaner okay to use on the wii u ?

A flat piece of glass + some very fine sandpaper (800, 1000, 2000). Put the sand paper on the glass and wet it, then sand the disc till the scratches are gone. It doesn't matter if the surface is cloudy. It just has to be consistent.
there no all in one solution available i have little patiencefor that and iam affraid of overscratch it.
