This is a memory hack and multiplier is not possible by leveraging this code for SX but it is possible to do with atmosphere with code type 9 and 10

469C4000 = 20'000 in Float

so crazy_p has the idea, in that case, since i dont have that specific game and going off of what has been discovered. i would say try either 40000000 (float 2) or 40800000 (float 4), then....
oh, and no, its the whole number 469C4000 not 9C4000

Those are the numbers that give the amount of attack. you have 4 differend attacks. kicks, punches,throws and special attacks. Lower the value and you have a less powerfull attack.
